Learn Senior Swans Ballet Online
We’ve created a comprehensive online video course especially for beginner seniors, so you can discover the joy of ballet from the comfort of your own home.
Our step-by-step 5-week course introduces you to the positions, steps, posture and technique you’ll experience in a complete Senior Swans ballet class — all taught at a comfortable, achievable pace.
Once you’ve completed the course, you can continue your ballet journey by joining one of our Senior Swans HQ classes via livestream, dancing along with us from home!
